Salon Policy
Reservations: To ensure my availability it is recommended you prebook your appointments. Although I know that unforseen circumstances may arise that would prevent you from giving me proper notification for missing appointments, 24-hour notice of appointment changes is requested.
Deposits: Deposits are required for all hair extension services. It is due before your appointment is confirmed and is equal to half of the total service. Deposits may be paid in the form of cash, check, or money order and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations for hair extensions must be made 48 hours before appointment time. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. Deposits for properly cancelled appointments can be rescheduled for up to 2 months after appointment time. After that, your deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of hair extension service and can be paid by cash, check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy: I request 24-hour cancellation for all services except hair extensions, which requires a 48-hour cancellation. There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduling, however, no shows will be charged 50% of their booked service.
Late arrivals: I may not be able to accomodate late arrivals. If late, please call and I can estimate at that time if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
